Kindly go through below terms and conditions carefully. By accessing HFP (High Fly Paragliding) website and any pages thereof, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, do not book the Paragliding Tandem Rides with us.

Important Information for the Passengers

Healthy body is important in order to do paragliding activity. Client must inform HFP about past injuries if any or any health issues. You cannot participate if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or any other intoxicated substances. You are required to follow the instructions and guidelines of the activity leader, and assistants. If you do not follow the set rules then HFP has the full right to not to allow participation. Please note the passengers are not insured by High Fly Paragliding. But we highly advise you to have a good health insurance which covers Adventure Sports. We do not provide any kind of insurance from our end currently but with the government support we are in the process of acquiring the health insurance in coming months.

Terms of payment

We take 100% advance payment as booking slots are limited. There are no refunds for “no shows”. Applicants can reschedule the activity by giving minimum 2 day’s notice before the planned activity date. Cancellation by Us 100% Refund: You will get a full refund if flying is cancelled due to weather conditions or any other operational reasons. Cancellation by customer No refund: As we take limited bookings per day, this activity is not cancellable. No refund will be given for no show. If you or any member of the group does not show up, no refund will be given. If you are late No refund: As it’s a weather dependent activity, if you are late, you may miss a precious flying window without any fault from our side. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Weather Dependency

Paragliding is a wind and weather dependent sport. As Safety is our highest priority, in case of unsuitable flying conditions, we will cancel the activity. Local Authorities Panchgani Paragliding is being conducted after a permission by local government authorities. In case our permissions are temporarily withdrawn by local authorities then flying activity may be unavailable for reasons beyond our control. If you have booking the activity with us, then you agree that you have read and accept Terms & Conditions mentioned above.

Privacy & Policy

We value the trust you place in us and recognize the importance of secure transactions and information privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how high fly paragliding team and its affiliates (collectively "highflyparagliding, we, our, us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your personal information through high fly paragliding website https://highflyparagliding.com/. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information Technology Act, 2000. 1. Account Registration

As a User, in order to use the full functionality of the high fly paragliding website, including to book accommodation, you must create an account ("Account") and provide an ID and password or other log-in ID and password ("Account Information''). You must ensure that the Account Information provided by you in the high fly paragliding website registration form is complete and accurate, and you may update your information by logging into your Account. You must not register more than one account or transfer your account to another person or entity. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree that high fly paragliding is entitled to assume that all activities occurring under your Account have been carried out by you and that, to the greatest extent permitted by law, you will be liable for all of your Account activity. You must:

(a) notify high fly paragliding immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account Information or any other breach of security.
(b) ensure that you exit/log out from your account at the end of each session.
(c) take all reasonable precautions to ensure that you access, use and leave the high fly paragliding website securely (including by keeping logins and passwords secure). In order to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data or confidential information (e.g. name, contact, address etc.), you must not use/access the high fly paragliding website from unsecure computers, unsecure communication links, unsecure mobile phones or locations such as internet-cafe(s), cyber-cafe(s) and other [unsecured] commercially available internet enabled computers or computer services. User and Guest verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any User or Guest’s identity. However, upon booking, you will be required to provide a valid email ID and phone number as per the Guest booking policy , which will be required at the time of check-in.
